Mullet Bay: Nice and clear water. On this side of the island the water is not that rough. Most of the time on Sunday there is music Bay Rouge: Small beach with a beach bar to get something to drink or eat.

Rhino Safari: On a Jetski from Simpson Bay to Grand Case. Snorkeling at Creole Rock. Go for a day to St. Barths with the Voyager. Spend the whole day with a rental car and drive around the island; beautiful views and nice restaurants. Note: It is kind of expensive though.

If I would spend three days at Sint Maarten, I would go to (why):
Day1: Rent a car and drive around the island: Philipsburg – the shops, the boardwalk and have lunch and some drinks at the Taloula Mango at the boardwalk. Drive to the French side and pass the airport, Marigot – walk around and at night go to a restaurant in Grand Case. While driving you will see different beaches; Great Bay, Maho Beach, Mullet Bay, Bay Longue, Bay aux Prunes and Bay Rouge
Day2: Have lunch at ‘Pistache’ next to the Movies. If it is a Friday or Sunday, go to Mullet Bay first, around 3 pm to Maho Beach /Sunset Bar and watch the airplanes land. At night, have dinner at Pineapple Pete. This is a casual restaurant with a nice atmosphere; the price/quality is good.
Day3: Go to Orient Beach in the morning. After lunch, drive to Pic Paradis and have a cocktail at the Lottery Farm. At the lottery farm you can do the ‘tree to tree hopping’. Have dinner in Grand Case, this is one long street with a lot of different restaurants.

If I would spend three days at Sint Maarten, I would go to (why):
Day 1: Breakfast in Marigot by le croisanterie, walk to Fort Louise for the great view overlooking Marigot and Anquilla, go to Orient and enjoy the beach. In the evening go to Grand Case end enjoy diner in one of the best restaurants on the island.
Day 2: Do the Rhino Safari or take a trip with the golden eagle, or Horse riding. This way you see something of the island that is special. The Rhino is special because it is very fast and you can snorkel. The Golden Eagle is with a boat around the island, you stop by the island Tintemare for a mud bath or you can enjoy the beach, you can snorkel by Creol Rock, have a nice lunch in Grand Case en see Sint Maarten from the water. Or Horse riding by le Gallon end swim with your horse in the ocean.
For diner go to the stone or Toppers and after diner enjoy the nightlife of Sint Maarten.
Day 3: Do a hike by the Lottery farm and have lunch there, or make the hike from Point Blanch to Guana bay (costal hike) and have lunch over there. For the evening go to Marigot and have diner at the Harbor or by the harbor by the lagoon.
There is so much to do on Sint Maarten, you need more day´s to spend on the island.
Day 4: Breakfast by Chesterfield, Go the rest of the day to Pinel and relax. For diner go to La Cadre in Orient and enjoy the tapas. Afterwards stroll along the beach or go to the chapel (bar).
Day 5: Do a Kayak tour on the Laguna. Lunch by the Bagel house in Simpsonbay and drive to Grand Case to the sunset cafe and lay down on the beach and enjoy the sunset with a cocktail or a good glass wine. You can also have your diner there.
Day 6: Go fishing with Buba on little fish it is for the whole family and a half day trip, take the submarine to see Sint Maarten underwater or go with captain Allan( fast boat) to 3 islands and snorkel, maybe you see a turtles. Have diner by Chesterfields.
Day 7: Breakfast by Holland house and discover Philipsburg, or have lunch by fusion on the boardwalk, go to the butterfly farm and enjoy Orient or Le gallon.

If I would spend three days at Sint Maarten, I would go to (why):
Day 1: visit Pinel Island, spoil yourself with some daiquiri’s at this beautiful secluded beach. Pinel Island also has a few small restaurants and some great reefs for snorkeling.
Day 2: go to Marigot for a shopping spree! In the afternoon go horseback riding along the beach and then in the evening have diner in Grand Case.
Day 3: go for a daytrip to the beautiful Island of Anguilla.

When I would be on this island for 7 days I would spend my days by visiting (why):
Day 1:Island tour of St Martin. Visit all the popular spots, have lunch and a drink at the boulevard of Philipsburg.
Day 2: go for a daytrip to the beautiful Island of Anguilla. Discover the Island, have a nice lunch and just relax on the beach. In the evening go for dinner at Big Fish, they have the best seafood!
Day 3: go to Orient Beach to discover the many water sport activities they have to offer! Rent a jet ski or go parasailing! In the afternoon go for lunch at Kakao Beach and in the evening go dancing at the Tantra in Maho or at the Bliss.
Day 4: visit Mullet Beach, a very nice and quiet beach. Around 4.00-5.00 PM, go to Maho Beach to watch the airplanes fly over you! While you’re there, have a drink at the Sunset bar and enjoy the beautiful sunset there. In the evening, have diner at one of the many delicious restaurants Grand Case has to offer.
Day 5: Go to Mullet Bay, then around 5 o'clock to Maho Beach to check the airplanes and have a drink at Sunset Bar. At night go to dinner to Mark's Place. They have the best spare ribs of the island and also great service! Later that night we go dancing in the Bliss. It is a modern and trendy club with a view on Maho Beach. You can also see the stars and the moon when there are no clouds because the dance stage is an open space.
Day 6: drive to the French side and relax all day at the secluded beach of Le Gallion. In the evening go for tapas or dinner at Talulah Mango in Philipsburg.
Day 7: go shopping in Philipsburg in the morning and go to Marigot in the afternoon. Philipsburg is great for souvenirs! Later in the day visit Marigot for the many clothes shops and have lunch there.

If I would spend three days at Sint Maarten, I would go to (why):
Day 1: Explore the island and different beaches (Friars Bay, Happy Bay, Grand Case), just to catch the relaxing St. Maarten vibe. Have diner in Grand Case, maybe at Blue Martini or Il Nettuno after diner I would go to Skip& Jacks to drink a nice cocktail and have a good conversation with Skip (the bartender).
Day 2: I would go Philipsburg walking through Front Street and Back Street, maybe some shopping (good for electronics, jewelry, liquor), have lunch on the boardwalk. In the afternoon I would go snorkeling at Orient Beach or/ and do some water activities: parasailing or racing on a jet ski. In the evening I would go for diner in Simspon Bay, Pineapple Pete or Jimbo’s, it depends on what you prefer. Pineapple Pete is more a family restaurant. Jimbo’s is a good choice when you’re with your partner and want a nice “quiet” diner.
Day 3: On my last day I would go shopping in Marigot and after that relaxing on Maho Beach and Mullet Bay. On Maho Beach you can see the airplanes depart and arrive. After watching a few planes, I would be a little bit sandy and would go to Mullet just to relax and swim a bit. Don’t forget to have lunch over there on the beach, they have some great ribs! In the evening I would go out. Depending on the day I would go to Bliss (Wednesday), Tantra (Saturday) or Soggy (Friday).

When I would be on this island for 7 days I would spend my days by visiting (why):
Day 1: First I would go to Little Bay for some snorkeling after that I would probably be tired of the snorkeling so I would go to Great Bay to have some lunch and after that walking through Philipsburg (Front and Back Street). Spend some time on the beach their as well and in the evening have diner at Taloula Mango’s.
Day 2: On the second day I would visit Pinel Island. It is a tiny island with a beautiful beach. Great for relaxing but also snorkeling and have some lunch. In the evening I would go for diner at Spiga, a nice Italian restaurant.
Day 3: The third day I would go on a daytrip to St. Barths, rent a car to explore the island and visit the beaches and have diner on St. Barths. In the evening after returning on St. Maarten I would go to the movies or drink something in Simpson Bay.
Day 4: I would go shopping in Marigot in the morning, have lunch at Le Belle Epoque. In the afternoon I would go to Dawn Beach to relax and maybe do some snorkeling. After a wonderful afternoon at the beach I would go to Mr. Busby’s for diner. A real nice restaurant at the beach, they have great food. To end the relaxing day I would go out dancing and have some drinks at Bliss.
Day 5: Go to Orient Beach to do some water activities. Parasailing, kite surfing, Jet Ski, snorkeling. You name it, they got it. On Orient they have some nice beach bars where you can eat and drink something. Since I’ll be hungry from all the activities, I think it would be a good day to go to Marks Place for some tasteful spare ribs. Some say the best ribs on the island.
Day 6: Another daytrip, but this time to Anguilla. It supposed to be a beautiful island (I haven’t been there yet), very pure. Spend my day on the island, have some lunch and head back to St. Maarten with the last Ferry. For diner I would go to Pineapple Pete, a nice restaurant with live music every night.
Day 7: I’d spend my last day on a catamaran with the Golden Eagle tour. A full day of sailing around the island (only on Tuesdays and Fridays), snorkeling and lunch included.
In the evening I would go to Grand Case for my last diner on St. Maarten and to end an amazing stay drink something in Soggy Dollar Bar.

If I would spend three days at Sint Maarten, I would go to (why):
Day1: In the morning I would go to Mullet bay. It is a beautiful beach with clear water. Usually it is pretty quiet in the morning. In the afternoon I would go to Philipsburg and do some sightseeing and souvenir shopping. They have cheap electronics and jewelry. In the evening I would have dinner at a restaurant at the Boardwalk in Philipsburg, for example Taloula Mango’s. After dinner I would go to Simpson Bay to have a nice cocktail.
Day2: On the second day I would go to Pinel Island, secluded beach with nice restaurants and great snorkeling. Go out for dinner to Grand Case. In Grand Case there are some nice restaurants. Going out in the evening to the Bliss, it is a beautiful club.
Day3:On the last day I would go scuba diving. If there is time left I would go to Maho to see the airplanes landing. Afterwards I would go the Sunset Beach bar and have some drinks. I would have dinner at the harbor of Marigot. And if I still have the energy I would go partying at the Tantra.

When I would be on this island for 7 days I would spend my days by visiting (why):

Day1: I will go to Mullet Bay & Maho. First to Mullet bay. Enjoy the beautiful white beach and the clear water. Go around 2PM to Maho. You can see the airplanes land. In the afternoon, usually there are landing and departing some big planes.
Day2: To have some excitement I will go on the Rhino Safari. You go with little boats on a trip. There is a stop for snorkeling on a wild reef.
Day3: Go to Saba with a little airplane. Landing on Saba is really exciting because it is directly after a mountain. Then on Saba go on a tour to go up Mount Scenery. It is really beautiful.
Day4: For water sports I would go to Orient bay. Take a lesson of windsurfing or surfing. They have also a lot of nice beach bars and restaurants.
Day 5: Go with the ferry to Le Pinel Island. This is a small island where you can relax and do some snorkeling.
Day6: Go on the Lambada cruise. The Lambada cruise sails to Anguilla and provide you with lunch and beverages all day. The Lambada stops at several spots to snorkel.
Day7: Shopping Philipsburg & Marigot. In Marigot you can go for shopping for clothes and in Philipsburg you have a lot of electronic equipment and jewelry. Philipsburg is also good for souvenirs to bring home.

If I would spend three days at Sint Maarten, I would go to (why):
Day 1: I would have breakfast in Marigot, spend the rest of the morning shopping in Marigot, go to Mullet bay to swim and relax on the beach. Have dinner in Philipsburg at Taloula (tapas) (Philipsburg) and drink some beers in the Soggy Dollar Bar (Simpsons Bay).
Day 2: I would have breakfast at the Westin (Champagne breakfast), to make the Golden Eagle tour, drink some beers on the beach and have dinner at Aura (Oyster Pond Road, close to Princess Heights).
Day3: Go to Philipsburg to walk through the front, back street and over the boardwalk, do some shopping. Go to the sunset bar in the afternoon at Maho, drink some beers over there, watch the airplanes land and stand behind airplanes taking of. Have dinner in Skip Jacks.

When I would be on this island for 7 days I would spend my days by visiting (why):
Day 1: I would take a Golden Eagle tour breakfast, lunch, dinner and champagne (and other drinks) on the boat! During this trip you can see the whole island and the places where you can go the following six days. In the evening I will go to the Ocean Lounge (Philipsburg) to have dinner and cocktails.
Day 2: Go to Philipsburg to check out the front-, backstreet and the boardwalk have lunch here, go to Orient bay to swim and have a barbeque on the beach.
Day 3: Take the airplane to Saba to land on the airport with the shortest runway http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bVdaFv6kbkw of the world and do some hiking on Saba. In the evening I will have dinner in L’Escargot (Philipsburg)
Day 4: Go to Pinel Island to swim, snorkel and dive. Drive up to the highest point of the island to sea the whole island Pic Paradis (French Side). Have dinner at Holland Beach House and end the day with some drinks in Soggy Dollar Bar.
Day 5: Have breakfast in Marigot and spend the day at Mullet Bay with some snorkeling, have dinner at Pineapple Pete and end the day with a drink and dance at the Bliss.
Day 6: Go to Orient Beach and rent a jet ski, lunch in one of the many restaurants, Orient get. Relax on the beach. Have dinner at D’Orleans and go out in the Tantra.
Day 7: Go out in the morning to have some breakfast in Philipsburg, do the Rhino Safari, and have lunch at the Tutta Pasta (Simpson Bay). Eat at ShivSagar (Philipsburg) and go to the soggy dollar bar to drink some beers.

If I would spend three days at Sint Maarten, I would go to (why):
Day 1 Golden Eagle Tours- keep you busy for almost the whole day. Starts at 9am and finishes at 5pm. This is a great way to explore the island. It stops by the Tintemare Island, there you can go for a nice bath or you can enjoy good rum ponch on the beach, you can snorkel by Creol Rock, have a nice lunch in Grand Case and see Sint Maarten from the water. At Golden Eagle Tour you get to know lots of people, so you have a great company till the end of your holidays ;) after that I would go for a dinner at Jimbo’s (serving best Daiquiris and Mexican food ever) and later on go out to Simpsony Bay for more chilling and frozen Daiquiris.
Day 2 Go for Rihno Safari in the morning and later on go to the Orient Bay to enjoy beach, more water sports, see and sun. Have a nice dinner at Tutta Pasta, nice and romantic Italian restaurant. Go out to Tantra and dance all night long.
Day 3 Go to the Pinel Island. Enjoy day out on the great beach and go for snorkeling over there. Have a delicious lunch at the Yellow Beach Bar. At the evening go out for dinner to 3Palms. Go out to Soggy Dollar Bar.

When I would be on this island for 7 days I would spend my days by visiting (why):
Day 1 see above

Day 3 see above
Day 4 Sleep till 11 pm and around a noon go to the Lottery Farm, their extreme zip lining excursion starts around then. Have an exhaustive 3 hours tree to tree hoping which is a great experience. Dinner in one of the restaurants in Grand Case.
Day 5 First go to the Philipsburg (capital of Dutch side) for shopping and later on go to the Marigot (capital of French side) for the same purpose. Have a nice lunch on the French side in one of Creperie’s and later on at the end of the evening go to Le Village (Steak house/ Pizza) or Le Belle Epoque (French cousins) – one of the restaurants in the Marigot Marina. Go out to BLISS for drinks.
Day 6 Book a ferry to Anguila and spend an amazing day discovering secrets of this island.
Day 7 I would enjoy my day on different beaches: I would start with Maho -> Mullet -> Happy bay (happy because of nude beach) -> Orient Bay- lunch at Kontiki-> Dawn Beach. Dinner at Cpt. Oliver and go for last good bye drinks to Skip & Jack’s in Simpson Bay.
