No Shows:
Penalty charges for no shows are as follows:
A 100% of nightly charge will be charge for no shows.

Short Stays:
It is considered a short stay when an in-house guest decides to check out of the hotel before the original checkout date. A penalty of two (2) nights will be charged for short stays throughout the year, and they are to be counted after the new checkout date.
If the checkout date of the short stay is within the days covered by the deposit, the remaining deposit nights will be added up to the total of penalty nights to be charged.
