Is there an Internet connection in the rooms?
Internet is available in the hotel. The office has a computer with Internet available for guests as well. The computer can be used during office hours, between 8am and 10pm.

Are there some grocery stores in the neighborhood?
There is a convenience store, Mom & Pops, it’s on a walking distance from the Hotel, nearby Mr. Busby’s. For bigger grocery stores you should go to Phillipsburg. By car that will be a 10-minute drive.

What are the opening hours of the office?
The office is open every day from 8AM till 10PM

How do I book?
There are several ways to make a reservation at Princess Heights:
Direct with the hotel (by phone ore internet)
Through a tour operator
Through a travel agency
When you want to make a direct booking, make sure you have your email address, credit card number and flight info close to you.

Do the rooms provide a hairdryer?
Yes, all the rooms are provided with a hairdryer

How long do you have to drive from the airport to Princess Heights?
By car, you have to drive about 30 minutes from the airport to Princess Heights. It depends on the traffic. Around noon and 5 pm it’s rush hour, so you have to be prepared for a little more traveling time.

How far is it to the beach?
You have to walk about 5 minutes to arrive at Dawn Beach, a nice beach for snorkeling and diving. One of the most popular beaches, Orient Beach, is a 15-minute drive away from Princess Heights.

How far is it to Phillipsburg?
Phillipsburg is just a 10-15 minute drive from Princess Heights. There are enough parking places in and around the city. You can also go with a taxi. A ride to Phillipsburg will be approximately $20,00

Where can we check in?
When you arrive at Princess Heights, somebody from the office will assist you to your room where the check in forms are prepared. The check in time is at 4pm. When you made a direct reservation please provide us with your flight information so that we can have the room ready in case of an early check in. Does the hotel provide beach towels?
Yes, all the rooms are provided with beach towels.
