Service is of utmost importance to us. For your convenience, we have provided you with several Food & Beverage options to choose from including limited room service, pre-arrival grocery list and special requests that you may have prior to your arrival.

The room service options provide you with a choice of a light snack on the day of arrival or arrangements for Continental Breakfast with advance notice, on the morning after your arrival to Princess Heights. The grocery list allows our guests to choose some items to have in the suite upon arrival. A service charge of $25.00 will be added to your bill for pick-up and delivery of the items on the grocery list. Any items you may require that are not on the grocery list may be listed as a special request. If we are unable to fulfill any of your special requests, we will inform you prior to arrival. Snack items are not included on the grocery list since we offer a variety of items in the suite for you to choose from, which will be charged according to consumption.

Please download the form at the end of this page and fill out the form by marking the quantity of each item you would like to have in your suite and fax it back to us at (599) 543 6007 at least one week prior to your arrival. We will require your signature and credit card information in order to process the order prior to your arrival. Cancellations of any items or changes on the list are permitted until two days prior to arrival. Any items we are not able to purchase will be deducted from the bill.

Final costs will be presented to you upon arrival since the items on the grocery list are subject to availability. There may be a slight fluctuation in the prices stated on the list, which will be the responsibility of the client to pay the difference in the costs.
