Built in 1995, Princess Heights is nestled in the hillsides of Dawn beach. With over fifteen years of doing business on Sint Maarten, the Lee family recognized the need for a luxurious property in a prestigious area of the island. The second phase will add 18 more two bedroom lock-out suites. The tremendous growth of the intimate boutique property from 15 to 51 suites and the success of phase one, will be very interesting for our tour operators and travel agents. This means more inventories, more units to rent out. The developer anticipates that the final stage of the construction of the second phase will be completed November 2007, which is the estimated completion date. |
