Built in 1995, Princess Heights is nestled in the hillsides of Dawn beach. With over fifteen years of doing business on Sint Maarten, the Lee family recognized the need for a luxurious property in a prestigious area of the island. With this in mind, they set out to build a property with true elegance in mind.
The second phase will add another 18 luxurious units. The second phase of this luxurious hotel will be located on  the hillside, parallel to the first building. Phase II will consist of 3 adjacent units per floor. The 2 bedroom suites will be larger then the present two bedroom suites.
The beach is within walking distance and because of the hills surrounding the area, it feels as if you are miles away from the ordinary, yet it is just minutes away from everything! With the new Westin Resort being built across the street  from our property, we expect that the addition of facilities such as several restaurants, a spa and a casino, all within walking distance to Princess Heights, will have a very positive effect on our guests' experiences.
This upscale "Premiere Boutique Condominium Hotel" consists of nine one bedroom units and six two bedroom units in the current building. The second phase will add 18 more two bedroom lock-out suites. The tremendous growth of the intimate boutique property from 15 to 51 suites and the success of phase one, will be very interesting for our tour operators and travel agents. This means more inventories, more units to rent out.
The developer anticipates that the final stage of the construction of the second phase will be completed November 2007, which is the estimated completion date.
