Maintenance charges

Once a unit is purchased, there is a monthly maintenance fee per unit.
The monthly costs of the maintenance are proportionate to the square footage and will be approximately US$ 650.00. The maintenance charges include the following:

Outdoor lightning
Landscape maintenance
Pool service and maintenance
Buildings exterior maintenance and cleaning
Generator maintenance and fuel
Pest control inside and outside each unit
Trash collection
Liability insurance
Fire insurance for structure*
Elevator service and maintenance

In order to be part of the Rental Agreement Program, the management fee is 25% of the unit Net Rental revenue produced.

* Does not include catastrophe insurance.
