Princess Heights provides her owners with a unique revenue producing system, allowing you to have the apartment rented out, while you are not using it.
This system provides owners with a unique way to recover their investment without worrying about for example maintenance, marketing and rent of the units.
For a couple of years the present units have been rented on a daily basis through Princess Heights. Princess Heights has created a consistent reputation in the marketplace where over the past few years the average rental income has been steadily increasing. The company has an extensive marketing and sales plan, which consists of the following:

Good relationships with tour operators, wholesalers, charter companies, travel agents and consumers who are specifically interested in Princess Heights
Advertising programs with Caribbean Travel & Life, Travel Weekly, Hotel & Travel Index as well as other trade and consumer publications. Furthermore we have brochures and rates sheets.
New owners have the possibility to sign up for the rental agreement. Certain terms and conditions will apply to participate in the Rental Agreement Program.

Once a unit is purchased, there is a monthly maintenance fee per unit.
The monthly costs of the maintenance are proportionate to the square footage and will be approximately US$ 650.00. The maintenance charges include the following:
- Outdoor lightning
- Landscape maintenance
- Pool service and maintenance
- Buildings exterior maintenance and cleaning
- Generator maintenance and fuel
- Pest control inside and outside each unit
- Trash collection
- Liability insurance
- Fire insurance for structure*
- Elevator service and maintenance
In order to be part of the Rental Agreement Program, the management fee is 25% of the unit Net Rental revenue produced.
* Does not include catastrophe insurance.
