The island of Sint Maarten/Saint Martin has 37 beaches - each with its own personality and character. From the secluded and serene, to the active and lively, each locale has something special to offer.
Regardless of who owns the property adjacent to the water's edge, island law guarantees that the public has access to the sea which washes the shores.

This beach, well known to surfers, is very little visited, although beautiful. It may be accessed by the road of "Falaises des Oiseaux".

This very beautiful and natural beach, very popular and a meeting spot for naturalists, is located below the ocre cliff.

Simpson Bay is a large and lovely white sand beach, but frequented only by few. It is located behind Juliana Airport and spreads from the Indiana to Beacon Hill; well worth the visit for amateurs of deserted beaches. Access either from the Mary's Boon road or from behind the Pizza Hut.

This bay, consisting of several beaches, very popular, boats of numerous restaurants along the beach, a panoply of water sport activities and boutiques. A part of the beach is reserved to naturalists.

Close to Marigot and with an easy access, this beach is surrounded by a beautiful setting, with a small creek, more intimate, located below the cliffs on the east side of the bay.
